This course is designed for individuals who provide assistance to passengers with special needs and reduced mobility (PRM) within the terminal building. The program covers the entire passenger journey, from check-in and security screening to boarding the aircraft (enplaning) and deplaning upon arrival, all the way through to baggage claim.
